La Mar Pipkins, founder and CEO of Golden Aileron, is a seasoned aerospace and defense consultant with over 15 years of experience in the federal and private sectors.
With his diverse experience, Pipkins is well-equipped to provide expert consultation to clients in professional, aerospace, and technical fields. His strong leadership skills and deeply specialized experience make him a valuable asset to any organization looking for innovative solutions in these constantly changing industries.
Pipkins is a graduate of Georgia State University (where he earned a Bachelor of Aviation Management), Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and Webster University, where he earned postgraduate degrees in Aeronautical Science and International Relations, respectively.
Pipkins holds a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certificate from the Cornell School of Industrial and Labor Relations. This intensive program supports managers as they assess and improve employee engagement levels, enhance organizational culture, recognize unconscious biases, and understand the dimensions of diversity that matter most in organizations. It also teaches leaders to assess stereotypes and prejudices that may influence behavior in work groups and learn methods to improve the psychological safety of all employees, as well as to examine strategies for implementing ethical standards.
He also received an Executive Leadership Certificate from the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business.
